What a Great Italian Ristorante

On the advice of some good friends, we had an early dinner at Silvio’s. We were able to grab a table that wasn’t reserved until 7:15. We had heard about the rice ball, so we shared one while studying the menu. With a generous helping of their awesome marinara sauce, we split this yummy appetizer. My wife had the house red Wine, while I ordered the Kris Pinot Noir. After tasting both, she commandeered my Pinot. We split the Melillo salad, which was nice and fresh. She ordered the baked ziti and I the Eggplant Parmigiana. Upon tasting each other’s dish, we decided we love what we each ordered the best. The owner-chef strolled among the tables to make sure everyone was having a grand time. We were. While it was our first time, we are already planning to return with friends and relatives.
